Information you provide
When you use the feedback form, Metro X may receive the category, message, optional rating, optional email address, and the page URL from which the feedback was submitted.
Do not include passwords, payment information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information in a feedback message.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to investigate errors, improve route and station information, evaluate feature requests, and respond when a follow-up email is provided.
Performance measurement
Metro X records Core Web Vitals such as loading speed, interaction responsiveness and layout stability. These records can include the page path, viewport width, browser user-agent string, navigation type and measurement time. We use this information to find performance problems and improve the website.
Storage and access
Feedback and performance measurements are sent through server-side Metro X endpoints and stored for maintenance and private review. Access is intended for people who need the information to operate and improve the service.
Your choices
Providing an email address and rating is optional. You can submit useful product feedback without adding direct contact information.
